Equilibrium London was born out of the understanding that people react to their living spaces differently. The relationship with design, space, light and technology delivers an experience which varies for each individual and yet there is a level of harmony that binds us.
To overload living spaces with gadgets for the sake of it serves only to complicate things; to reduce things to ‘design’ without functionality or purpose seems to miss the point. We operate with the philosophy that good design and technology must enhance the living experience not diminish it.
We believe therefore that there is a balance to be struck between the art and the science of living and we call that the point of equilibrium. It is this sense of equilibrium that is at the heart of all of our projects and gave rise to our name.
Equilibrium London is a design and development house operating exclusively in the super prime market in London’s golden postcodes in Knightsbridge, Kensington, Belgravia, Chelsea and Mayfair.
We operate on our own account which means we do not usually take on commissions. Though for our buyers we provide a turnkey solution which means that literally everything is taken care of from the art and furniture that is usually purchased with the property to loading the music library. Whatever our clients need, they need only to ask.
Equilibrium London takes on projects specifically on its own account, we rarely manage others’ projects. Occasionally there is the opportunity to participate in one or more of our projects for investors who share our investment philosophy and appetite for the super prime market.
Following the success of the first fund which returned in excess of 500% on investors’ funds, Equilibrium London is in the process of raising its second multi million pound private fund.
